A new ASABE publication category is under development. Entries will be posted under the appropriate ASABE division heading as they are finalized. ASABE technical committees will normally oversee the development and approval of Design Topics entries. The material will be handbook-type reference material of primary interest to practicing engineers in industry, consultants, students and others interested in the state-of-the-art application of engineering principles to the design of machines and systems.

While the content will initially be developed in short segments for Web publication, some of the entries may later be compiled in a book or other format for print distribution.
